I had the best experience with buying from PatPat, all outfits are nice except for few returns as a result of size. The return and refund process was smooth and customer service was fast and efficient. Very nice quality of clothes and items. The prices are also very reasonable considering the high quality of the clothes. Overall, I highly recommend PatPat for anyone looking for great quality, stylish and affordable children's clothing. I ordered a decent amount for the first time thru here and it will also be my last time. Terrible. Size 3 toddler was ordered, the pants fit like a 4/5 while the shirts fit like a 2(possibly even 18mos) I ordered 2 pair of shoes and some socks. The socks are junk. Worn once and had holes. The tennis shoes are light up. 1 arrived broken while the other works. Out of a $70 order, I have 1 item that can be worn. The return policy sucks. Since I got everything on clearance, it's non-returnable and even if it were returnable, you pay for your own shipping. I'll stick to shopping elsewhere.

I was dubious at some of the reviews but thought I would try and ot was easy, well priced and arrived so quick. Happy with my items for the price I paid the quality it good and the reward scheme on the app is a great.

I did a purchase and my things didn't get here and came back. I asked them to send it again but they said it was going back and that I had to order things again. I didn't had my things on time for Christmas. It was awful. Not only that they didn't want to give the entire money back and they didn't even give me an explanation on why they would keep my money. They would just respond to my messages woth automatic copied paste responses again and again. I couldn't contact any human being that would actually read my concerns and try to solve my problem.

I think they should have a better customer service and give your money back if they are not going to send you the things you already purchased and payed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy here. Maybe if everything goes right with the delivery it's ok. But if you have any inconveniences with the delivery they will not solve it and keep your money. That doesn't make any sense.

DON'T BUY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK TO GET YOUR MONEY STOLEN. They sent my xmas order to a different city, so my gifts plan were ruined. When I ask for a refund they offer to give me 20€ less than what I paid. Their excuse is that I have paid less and it's the currency conversion rate of my bank fault. It makes no sense, I develop payment gateways so I know they are lying, and I have sent them proof, but they still want to steal my 20€ with their lame copypasted excuse once and once again.

I ordered something for my daughter in June 2022 and never received it. They refused to send me back my money. It’s now been 6 months later. Don’t purchase from them.

I love Patpat...it's my favorite online site to shop for Children clothes...the best thing i love about Patpat is that they make matching clothes for the whole family n i love to match so they have sizes from Newborn to XL...they have amazing clothing designs and great reasonable prices...I definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

Patpat’s customers service is absolutely wonderful. I’ve always been satisfied with their products and their customers service reps are so quick to respond to any questions you have,they are very polite,and customer focused!! Deffinitely check out this sight- I’d give them 6 stars if I could!!

I placed a second order of Rs.5000 approx on the 3rd of Dec. It's been over 25 days and I am yet to receive my items. Very disappointed. I am neither able to cancel my order or receive a personalized response.

Very happy with the care and support I received during a delivery issue. I put the address in wrong so the order was returned, and they gave me credit for the full amount of my order. Took a couple of days because it was over the weekend and it's the week before Christmas, but I'm very happy with the help and care I received. Susie B was very easy to work with. I love their clothes and their service!

Please do not order from a PatPat I had ordered 4 Christmas pyjamas and I should be receive my order between 7/12 until 15/12 but until today22/12 i haven't received anything. Im live in jersey ( Channel Islands ) . No one is helping me either get the order delivered to me or refund the amount.

Have tried contacting them by email or online chat but there's no response whatsoever.

We ordered for a second time after the 1st time went so smooth. Well this time only to our regret! They say the package was delivered and the tracking number is invalid too!!! Now we have to spark as 2 children won't receive xmas gifts! Honestly the worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: After 2days or non-existent support on patpat, I finally managed to find the fault. They gave us the wrong tracking number and therefore we could not locate the parcel. Our 1star rating will still stand for this experience.

Please do not order from here. I had ordered 4 items and it says delivered on 15th dec and i haven't received anything. I stay in Mumbai and it says delivered to ghaziabad. No one is helping me either get the order delivered to me or refund the amount.

Have tried contacting them but there's no response whatsoever.
